National Stabilization Program (NSP)
NSP funds are available in most cities/counties however do vary in amounts and availability. See below for some of the NSP DPA available

Minnesota Housing Financial Assistance (MHFA)
The DPA programs are available in most 11 county Metro/Twin Cities areas.  Certain types of MHFA programs are specific to specific communities as well.
